When Will the RTX 5000 Series Be Released? RTX 5080 Release Date!
Some details have surfaced regarding the release date of NVIDIA’s RTX 5080 graphics card, which features 16 GB of VRAM. Additionally, there is information available regarding the release date of the flagship model, the RTX 5090, which will arrive after the 5080.
NVIDIA will soon launch the RTX 50 series, also known as the "Blackwell" models.
At the CES 2025 event taking place in January, NVIDIA will provide information regarding the RTX 5000 series cards. While it is unknown exactly how much information will be given about the cards, it is safe to say that we will officially see the RTX 5080 in January, and the RTX 5090 in January or February.
Although it is not expected to be introduced at CES 2025, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang states that the RTX 5070 model will also be coming soon.
First, the RTX 5080, expected to feature 16 GB of GDDR7 memory, will be introduced in January 2025.
The RTX 5090 will arrive just a few weeks after the RTX 5080. It is rumored that both the RTX 5090 and RTX 5090D will be released by the end of January or mid-February.
Additionally, the RTX 5080 and RTX 5090 will also be available with the Founders Edition design option.
